We like pets but they must stay home if you are coming to The Waves. We do not allow pets at any on The Waves Properties (including the grounds).
The Waves Properties are 100% Smoke Free.
Reservation Policies
JULY – AUGUST reservations require a minimum of three nights, seven nights in the two or three bedroom suites. Shorter openings may be available, please call.
SEPTEMBER – JUNE weekends require two night minimum. Holiday or long weekends generally require a minimum reservation of three or more nights. If in doubt please call.
A deposit equal to one night’s lodging for each room is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation.
DEPOSITS are refundable, less a $15 processing fee per room, pending the following: Reservations made 6 months or more in advance require cancellation notice 60 days prior to arrival.
JULY- AUGUST reservations must be canceled by June 15th.
JULY- AUGUST reservations made after June 15th are non-refundable.
All Bank Holiday weekend reservations require cancellation notice 30 days or more prior to arrival.
All other reservation require cancellation notice 7 days or more prior to arrival.
One night’s rental will be charged for early departure of your scheduled reservation.
Check in time is 3 pm.
If you arrive early, we are happy to check you in if the room is clean.
Check out by 11 am the day of departure.
Early check in or later check out may be possible – please call to request.
