General Policies

• We like pets but they must stay home if you are coming to The Waves. We do not allow pets at any on The Waves Properties (including the grounds).
• The Waves Properties are 100% Smoke Free.

Reservation Policies

• JULY – AUGUST reservations require a minimum of three nights, seven nights in the two or three bedroom suites. Shorter openings may be available, please call.
• SEPTEMBER – JUNE weekends require two night minimum. Holiday or long weekends generally require a minimum reservation of three or more nights. If in doubt please call.
• A deposit equal to one night’s lodging for each room is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• DEPOSITS are refundable, less a $15 processing fee per room, pending the following: Reservations made 6 months or more in advance require cancellation notice 60 days prior to arrival.
• JULY- AUGUST reservations must be canceled by June 15th.
• JULY- AUGUST reservations made after June 15th are non-refundable.
• All Bank Holiday weekend reservations require cancellation notice 30 days or more prior to arrival.
• All other reservation require cancellation notice 7 days or more prior to arrival.
• One night’s rental will be charged for early departure of your scheduled reservation.
• Check in time is 3 pm.
• If you arrive early, we are happy to check you in if the room is clean.
• Check out by 11 am the day of departure.
• Early check in or later check out may be possible – please call to request.
